구리동구 어린이집 그린 리모델링 

구리동구 어린이집은 구리시 인창동에 위치한 그린 리모델링 프로젝트 입니다. 

기존시설의 에너지 효율을 대폭 개선하여 성과를 거두었다

지하1층, 지상2층 어린집규모에 고효율 단열 적용하였고, 고성능 창호를 적용하여 다양한 에너지 절감 기술을 도입하였습니다.  

이러한 노력을 통해 10.5%의 에너지 절감 성과를 달성할수 있었습니다. 이는 단순한 수치 이상의 의미를 지닙니다. 이는 전문성과 혁신적 사고를 바탕으로 기존 시설의 한계를 뛰어넘어 보다 지속가능하고 쾌적한 환경을 조성한 것이라 할 수 있습니다.

어린이집 그린 리모델링 프로젝트는 어린이집에 새로운 기준을 제시하였으며 현시대적 환경을 반영하여 창의적인 접근이 사회적 가치 창출에 기여할수 있음을 보여주는 좋은 사례라고 할 것입니다

The Guridong-gu Childcare Center is a green remodeling project located in Inchang-dong, Guri City. By significantly improving the energy efficiency of the existing facility, they have achieved remarkable results.

The childcare center, which spans one underground level and two aboveground levels, has implemented highly efficient insulation and high-performance windows, introducing various energy-saving technologies. Through these efforts, they have achieved a 10.5% energy savings. This accomplishment represents more than just a numerical figure; it reflects the professionalism and innovative thinking that have enabled the facility to surpass the limitations of the existing structure and create a more sustainable and comfortable environment.
